The full experience lasts about seven hours. The drive to the desert takes about one hour, the Lahbab activities take about two and a half hours, the Al Khayma Camp program takes about two and a half hours, and the return to Dubai takes about one hour.

Is pickup included?

Yes. Pickup and drop-off are included from selected hotels or locations in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. Some pickup locations may require an additional fee. Pickup can occur within 45 minutes before the selected departure time.

Is quad biking included in the price?

No. Quad biking is an optional extra and is available only with selected ticket options or by request. Any quad biking costs, injuries, damage, or lost items are the participant’s responsibility.

Does the safari include dinner?

Yes. Evening departures include a five-star open buffet with BBQ, vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, and local desserts. The 11:30 AM departure includes a lunch buffet instead.

Are the fire show and stargazing included?

They are included with the evening time slots. The daytime 11:30 AM option does not include the fire show or stargazing session.

Can I cancel for a full refund?

You can cancel at least 24 hours before the local start time for a full refund. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours are not refundable. If poor weather causes the operator to cancel, you can choose another date or receive a full refund.
